News is emerging that Jean Michel Jarre has formed a Band called ‘THE VIZITORS’ with Tetsuya ‘TK’ Komuro, who Jean Michel Jarre collaborated with on the World Cup Single ‘TOGETHER NOW’ in 1998.

Jean Michel Jarre is apparantly working on ‘THE VIZITORS’ debut and as yet untitled Album with Tetsuya ‘TK’ Komuro at his Private Studio in France. The Album is expected to be released next year.

Details are filtering through of Jean Michel Jarre participating in a New Year Concert, headlined by Tetsuya ‘TK’ Komuro in Okinawa, Japan on January 1st 2001.

The Concert is far from confirmed as definetly taking place, but according to TK’s Web-Site, the Concert is planned as a multi-artist gathering, similar to Jean Michel Jarre’s ‘ELECTRONIC NIGHT’ in Paris on 14th July 1998.

Rumours unconfirmed at this moment in time, are that the entire Concert maybe transmitted LIVE over the Internet.

Jean Michel Jarre’s eagerly awaited New Year Hong Kong Concert has been cancelled. Scheduled to have taken place on January 24th 2001 to celebrate the Chinese New Year, this Concert, it would appear, will now definetly not be taking place.
