Despite E-Billetter announcing that Tickets are completely sold out for Jean Michel Jarre’s ‘AERO’ Concert at the Gammel Vrå Enge Windmill Park near Aalborg, Denmark, on September 7th 2002, Danish Travel Agency Friis Sportsrejeser is still offering Standard Tickets as part of its ‘AERO’-Combi Package, ranging from 500 to 850 Danish Kroner.

Although the concert has still yet to be performed, Aalborg City Council have already begun taking pre-orders on an Official Aeró Photobook! You can download the Order Form by clicking here ( Adobe Acrobat format) for you to print out and mail to Aalborg City Council by post.

Alternatively you can pre-order the photobook directly from Aalborg City Council by emailing them at mf@aalborg.dk.

The book is perceived to contain 60 pages, whilst having a dimension of 30cm x 30cm, and will be published as a Limited Edition. Pre-ordering the book will allow to to purchase it at a discount rate of 23 Euros!

We will have more information on this book as and when we receive it from Aalborg City Council… Watch This Space!

15:00: Doors open with stalls also opening allowing to purchase food, drinks and merchandise.
16:00 - 19:00: Tribute to the Wind; various entertainments including performances by the Aalborg Symphony Orchestra and the National Danish Performance Team (acrobatics). Final full program for this time period still yet to be announced.
19:00 - 21:00: Windbreaks; Jean Michel Jarre to give small teasers before the concert begins.
21:00 - 23:00: Main Aeró concert performance by Jean Michel Jarre with appearence by Safri Duo.
23:00 - 00:00: Time to go home! (site closes at midnight)

Jean Michel Jarre’s ‘AERO’ Concert at the Gammel Vrå Enge Windmill Park near Aalborg, Denmark, is to be broadcast LIVE on the Danish National Radio Station P3 (Program 3) (www.dr.dk/p3) from 21:00 (9pm) to 23:00 (11pm) (Local Time) on September 7th 2002.

Also available over the Internet, Danish Radio Station P3 will broadcast Jean Michel Jarre’s ‘AERO’ Concert LIVE, offering a choice of 64kbps, 32kbps & 20kbps Audio Streams using Microsoft’s Windows Media Player.

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) will also broadcast the Concert LIVE to European Radio Stations using their Satellite Network, and are inviting any European Radio Station with access to the Satellite Network to broadcast the Concert LIVE, although no further details are available.

‘OXYGEN IN MOSCOW’, a 1 Hour Edit of Jean Michel Jarre’s Record-Breaking Concert, and the Jean Michel Jarre Documentary ‘MAKING THE STEAMROLLER FLY’ are to be broadcast on the UK Cable Channel Performance between August 18th & August 30th 2002.

Jean Michel Jarre’s ‘OXYGEN IN MOSCOW’ Concert attracted the World’s Largest Audience for a Solo Artist when 3.5 Million people witnessed him perform outside the Moscow State University, Vorobievy Hills, Moscow, Russia on September 6th 1997, celebrating Moscow’s 850th Anniversary.

Both ‘OXYGEN IN MOSCOW’ and ‘MAKING THE STEAMROLLER FLY’ are identical to the ‘OXYGEN IN MOSCOW’ DVD & Video Release, both of which were broadcast on the Performance Channel earlier this year, in January and May. Broadcast Times are as follows in Local Time:-
