JEAN MICHEL JARRE ‘AERÓ’ CONCERT TICKETS UPDATE

Yesterday, Tickets for Jean Michel Jarre’s ‘AERÓ’ Concert at the Gammel Vrå Enge Windmill Park in Aalborg, Denmark on September 7th 2002, went on sale as planned from E-Billetter (www.e-billetter.dk).

However, the demand was so high, that within the first half an hour of the Tickets being on sale, the E-Billetter Web-Site ground to a halt, and soon after the Phone Lines to E-Billetter jammed with frustrated Fans frantically trying to get Tickets. JARRE UK spent over 3 1/2 Hours trying to get Tickets before finally being successful, although the E-Billetter Web-Site still appeared to be having problems, with both the Buffet and V.I.P Tickets being incorrectly displayed as being Sold Out, and the Final Transaction Completion Page not E-Mailing confirmation of the Ticket Order.

If you are unsure whether your Ticket Order has been successful or not, then simply E-Mail your Order Number and Transaction Number to E-Billetter Customer Services (kundeservice@e-billetter.dk), who will send you an E-Mail either confirming or denying your Ticket Order. Furthermore, despite E-Billetter’s Web-Site (www.e-billetter.dk) stating that Tickets can only be sold to European Union Countries, and other Scandinavian Countries such as Greenland, Iceland & The Faeroe Islands, E-Billetter have confirmed that for Jean Michel Jarre’s ‘AERÓ’ Concert, they will sell Tickets to other Overseas Countries. Today, E-Billetter has also confirmed that over 15,000 Tickets have already been sold.
